- toasted bread with poached egg
- 2 demitasse cups of espresso


Evening
- two slices of toast with honey (mm, so good)
- slice of toast with butter
- Yakisoba (without flavor packet), with sriracha hot sauce, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, ground ginger, and broccoli
