- smoothie with banana, strawberries, pineapple, and ice
- 1 packet oatmeal

Late Afternoon
- banana
- 2 homemade Mexican rice burritos on whole wheat tortillas + 2 servings of rice alone
- Lay's Stax barbecue chips

Evening
- penne pasta with ground turkey in marinara sauce
- banana

My appetite was raring today!
